"Booking a Trip" refers to any all our Product or activities that you buy with NepalOnlineTrip.com.
When you start booking or you have book our service means that you have read all the details and accepted our all the term and condition automatically.
NepalOnlineTrip.com is an completely online vehicle rental service provider so without payment we can not accept booking & make sure about your services so you are required to pay full amount or at least 25% payment through online by Credit card or visa card, Bank transfer or by cash in to our office and you must need to pay full amount before departure.
After booking a trip with us, if you required to cancel the trip, you can cancel the trip, but the certain charge will be applicable which is mention below.
Trip/Vehicle Cancel by the Client
before 30 days of departure 10% Cancellation charge will be applicable
before 07 days of departure 20% Cancellation Charge will be applicable
before 1 days of departure 50% cancellation charge will be applicable
Same day of Departure 100% Cancellation charge will be applicable
Trip/Vehicle Cancel by the Service Provider
After confirmation, NepalOnlineTrip.com will provide the vehicle as per service voucher/confirmation but some time we have to face the problem like land Slide on the road, flood on the destination or any political disturbance service provide has right to cancel the trip without any charge but if any problem arise by the client, before trip or after trip we have right to cancel the trip & no any refund will be provided.
If you cancel your trip with us NepalOnlineTrip.com provide you refund after deduction of Cancellation charge with in 7 official days in to your account/Cad. Note that we will refund the amount for same account /card/person which you have used while on booking. while on refund the necessary bank transaction fee & taxes will be deducted on the trip booking cost.
Our all kind of vehicle capacity will be mention on product clearly. we are not allowed to put people more then capacity of vehicle including child. If you force to carry the people more then capacity we will not provide the service and no any refund will be provided.
Our client are authorized to customized the trip with our support, before booking or after booking but deference amount of the customized itinerary will be applicable.
all the expenses of the vehicle like fuel, driver allowance, road tax are included in to our price but client entry fee/permit of the monument or respected area permit of the traveler is not included in vehicle trip.
- 11. Aviability & confirmation of the Vehicle
If you book a vehicle till 8 pm today for next day trip or onward your booking is automatically confirmed but if you are going to book in night for next day you must check the viability of vehicle by sending email at nepalonlinetrip@gmail.com or by call/viber/whats app at +977 9851136944/9851236944.
- 12. Liability of Service Provider
NepalOnlineTrip.com has to provide the vehicle as per mention the confirmation/service voucher. If vehicle get problem or accident while on driving Nepalonlinetrip.com will provide the replace vehicle without any cost and client has to wait till arrival of the vehicle from destination.
